- Foundation sites take two to four weeks from discovery to launch. Growth sites with multiple pages and active SEO setup take four to eight weeks. Both timelines assume client feedback arrives within 48 hours of each review.
- What platform does my site run on?
- We build on our own hosting stack, not a site builder or theme platform you rent from someone else. You own the domain. The code is yours. If you ever want to leave, you export cleanly and take everything with you.
Estimated Project Timeline
How we build a Growth site. Roughly 8 weeks. Timings include feedback rounds and assume client responses within 48 hours of each review.
- Immersion (3 days). Competitor and industry analysis, brand audit, and a first-pass sitemap before kickoff.
- Kick Off Meeting (3 hours). A workshop with your key people and the PDA team to align on goals, functionality, and structure.
- Structure / UX (1 week). The whole site wireframed as a clickable prototype with the content organised to flow.
- Design / UI (2 weeks). Bespoke page templates or a component system, in mobile and desktop, prototyped with micro-interactions.
- Development (3 weeks). A functional specification, then front and back-end build with the right technology and integrations.
- QA & Launch (1 week). Browser and device testing, technical SEO, migration to live, and a 30-day fix guarantee.
